Exceeds expectations!Great service!!! Friendly, courteous, helpful staff! I was able to get my bus to *** through ****, after having been stood up by another taxi company. 100% Satisfied!I've been with Go Go Grandparent for about 2 years now and I simply love it. Their customer service is top notch, and they really advocate for you if you have a dispute with a ride or a driver. And, I must mention that disputes rarely happen because Go Go sends the best drivers from Lyft and ***. I'm 100% satisfied!

Drivers have been great. No complaint I do like that they have the usual destinations that a person goes to in a computer. Service is punctual. I do not have to fool with the poor Uber and Lyft sign-up phone systems to schedule a ride.

This was my first time using GoGo, and it was a great experience! I had a doctor’s appointment that required a driver due to minor surgery. The driver helped me with my seatbelt and picked me up right in my driveway, which was so helpful since I use a cane. He was professional, safe, and got me to my appointment on time.On the return trip, I called for a ride, and the same driver arrived in just five minutes—amazing! I’m so happy with the service! 😊
