GoGoGrandparent is a booking service for Uber and Lyft via a call center of ultra-patient operators happy to help older adults book a ride without touching a smartphone.

If you can’t or don’t want to drive anymore, there are options to getting where you want to go besides public transportation…GoGoGrandparent allows you to order a ride by just making a phone call — no smartphone app necessary.
