GoGoGrandparent is a booking service for Uber and Lyft via a call center of ultra-patient operators happy to help older adults book a ride without touching a smartphone.

If you can’t or don’t want to drive anymore, there are options to getting where you want to go besides public transportation…GoGoGrandparent allows you to order a ride by just making a phone call — no smartphone app necessary.

On-demand apps require a smartphone to use, and there are still more than 75 million Americans who don’t have a smartphone — essentially making them ineligible to use these life-changing services.

GoGo Grandparent hires operators who can take riders’ requests on standard telephones, via push button menu, or by voice. The operators arrange the trip.

Just give us call with pickup instructions and we will dispatch a driver to collect the medication and bring it to your home. Many of our customers receive their delivery within a few hours of requesting it.
