Their customer service is top notch, and they really advocate for you if you have a dispute with a ride or a driver. I do like that they have the usual destinations that a person goes to in a computer. Service is punctual. I do not have to fool with the poor Uber and Lyft sign-up phone systems to schedule a ride.

This was my first time using GoGo, and it was a great experience! I had a doctor’s appointment that required a driver due to minor surgery. The driver helped me with my seatbelt and picked me up right in my driveway, which was so helpful since I use a cane.
