How to Schedule a Ride

1. Call GoGo & Press 0

Call GoGo from the phone number associated with your account and press 0 right away to speak with an operator.

You can press 0 at any time during the call to connect with an operator who can help schedule your ride.

2. Tell Us Where and When You Need to Go

Give your operator:

Your pickup location

Tell us where you'd like your ride to pick you up.

Your destination

Provide the address or name of where you're going.

Your pickup date and time

Tell us when you'd like your ride to arrive.

Any additional instructions

Let your operator know anything else that may be helpful for your trip.

3. Get a Ride Estimate

Your operator will provide an estimate of how long the ride will take and how much it will cost.

Once everything looks right, your operator can schedule the ride for you.

4. Get Your Confirmation Number

Your operator will provide a confirmation number for your scheduled ride.

Keep this number handy in case you need to call GoGo about your trip later.

5. Get Your Ride Details Before Pickup

Before your scheduled pickup time, you'll receive a call or text with your ride details.
