As a senior who does not use apps, and has never ridden in an Uber, having the convenience of calling and either using the automatic service or concierge service for reserving a ride is terrific!  On-demand rides that can be booked within a few minutes, with a driver arriving just a few minutes after that, is a great feature of this service. I recommend GoGoGrandparents.

This service is a lifesaver. I have an 85 year-old mom that didn’t get benefits to get the transportation through the government. And she’s in Miami. I’m in Orlando so I wasn’t able to help her get around. And then came go go grandparent, and I am forever grateful to them, especially Polo who helped me resolve refund issue. I knew where my mother was and where she was going and who was taking her. Being so many miles away, that was so important to me and go go delivered.

The professionalism is great! The updates on the time of arrival, the color of the car, and providing the driver's name ensured trust and security. I am physically disabled,and cannot drive.I use GoGo Grandparent often because they are easier to use than Uber or Lyft,and far more budget friendly.There is NO age limit, you don't have to be a grandparent! Their drivers are very kind and helpful.Lifting grocery sacks and making sure I get to and from my destination safely. Grade:A+

I call Go Go grandparent last week for the first time they sent out a young man to do the job. I told him what my job consist of which was to clear one side of my driveway and to shovel my porch and make a pathway for me. This young man did an excellent job on doing what I asked him to do.
