GoGoGrandparent is by far the most helpful resource available.  It offers many choices, is practical, technologically savvy, and easy to use and I am extremely grateful for it almost every day.

The reason I pay for go go grandparent is I am elderly and do not use a cell phone and am slow paced!!!! For that reason, I am very willing to pay extra to have GoGoGrandparent set up the rides for me!!!!! For example, if  a ride does not show up, GoGoGrandparent automatically gets another ride for me. Also, I can schedule early in the day all the rides I will need for the whole day etc. For me it is worth it to have this help scheduling rides, etc. If I have a problem with a driver which is rare, but sometimes they do may not show up, GoGo will challenge the fee for a no show for me. I had to do that about 4 times in one year. Also one time, one of the drivers took me like 15 miles out of my way and GoGo got my money back for me. I like the personal touch of having someone set up the ride for me etc. Also, the drivers have been awesome.

Signed up for GoGoGrandparent for my 82 y/o father who lives in another state to get him to his eye appointment. Excellent service and I was able to track his trip back and forth on the live map while I worked 700 miles away. I think he was quite proud of his accomplishment in navigating this modern approach to travel. Price is reasonable!
